Cancellations: Private lessons: Latest 24 hours before the lesson. Group lessons: Latest 5 working days before the lesson. Events: One month before the start of the event.
Invoices: Invoices are issued in advance for 5, 10, 20 or more lessons. Invoices need to be paid fully before the beginning of the lessons. Books, tapes and other materials are to be paid for upon ordering.
